Once Talk Shield is activated, you can see the list of all your incoming calls that have either been blocked or allowed by logging into your online Sky account, click on the 'Broadband & Talk' section, then scroll down the page and click on 'Talk Shield', click on 'Add Numbers' next to where it says Add numbers to your Star and Block Lists at the bottom on the list then finally click on 'Add from Received Calls'.

That shows you all your incoming numbers along with the date and time the call was made since the Talk Shield was activated. I'm already seeing a few withheld numbers in there, none of which got through to my phone so the system seems to be working

Yes, it will list all your incoming call from when you activated sky talk shield.
A nice plus for many to be seeing that.

Although note that the call date/times in the incoming call log are currently UTC not BST. You can also bookmark a direct link to the incoming call log - http://www.sky.com/mysky/bb-and-talk...d/call-history

Re: New Sky Talk Shield says no to nuisance callers: First of its kind, free call screening ser

When I sign into my sky account and click on the Sky Talk Shield I get this error message.
      Error

There was a problem. Please try again later.

Are Sky not honoring the Sky Talk Shield online registration? This message has been in place since the beginning of the start date 9th June 2017.

Many Thanks for any information / help

      Regards
      Michael

Following this inquiry, I have now solved the problem myself and discovered it is a Firefox problem. I used Google Chrome browser and now all is well.

Firefox indicates the connection is insecure and blocks it, I had to add an exception to get through.

It does seem to be working, but I am a bit disappointed, I will miss my weekly joust with some idiot in Asia who insists my connection it ringing alarm bells.

Agreed, the first week of usage appears to have reduced the number of unwanted calls to nil (with just one withheld call that was subsequently blocked), but then again, past experience tells me that periods of unwanted calls seem to come in bursts of activity with quiet periods either side, so I'm going to reserve judgement until this time next month!
