      Sky Talk Unlimited?

      After just getting Sky Talk Weekends, can I at any time phone up to change tariff to unlimited.which I believe is 5 pounds extra?

      Yes, with one proviso. You are only allowed to make one change to your account per month.

      Sky rigidly enforce this for downgrades though agents often disregard this where upgrades are concerned. Unfortunately Sky's systems are not quite so flexible causing some follow on orders to fail.

      You can pay more money at any time (ie upgrade) but you need to wait a month to downgrade. Phone changes are immediate not on 31 days notice.
