      Re: Sky Talk Anytime going.

Does that mean from 13th August my 'anytime' package will change to 'anytime UK' and I will have 0845 numbers included?

      Re: Sky Talk Anytime going.

I don't think so. As a 'legacy' user you will stay as you are with the international calls, unless you request a change. Anytime UK does not include these.

Maybe I need to go to Specsavers, but I do not see any reference to Anytime UK or Anytime International in the Tariff guide.

Could the OP provide a link to where he found the information?

      Re: Sky Talk Anytime going.

So it's really a case of choosing between having either international numbers or 0845 numbers included in your allowance, for the same price I would guess. I'll be switching to the Anytime UK package for sure.

I would have thought it unlikely your will see references to new packages in the tariff guides until they actually launch.

      Sky Talk Anytime going.

Look at the T&Cs at the bottom.

Seems the international package includes 0845 numbers but suspect it costs more?
I expect the UK package to cost the same as the Anytime package and the International will cost a couple of quid more????

Thanks, it seems the Terms have got ahead of the advert, as they are still advertising Anytime and Weekends.

      Re: Sky Talk Anytime going.

I notice that the International Anytime tariff will include free calls to 50 international destinations compared to the 22 currently available with Sky Talk Anytime.

I wonder if it will include the Indian sub-continent.

I would like it to include the Philippines as I have a friend that lives there, but I cannot see that happening.

I suspect that quite a few of the NHS staff who were hired from there would also looove it if the Philippines were added to the list of countries included too.

      Re: Sky Talk Anytime going.

      That's true.

When I was in hospital having a brain tumour removed many years ago, almost all the nurses were Filipinos and very few had even reasonable English language .
Which is surprising really, as English is the second most spoken language after Tagalog in the Philippines.

It was almost impossible to convey to them that I was in pain and wanted medication or wanted to visit the loo.
