Is this possible? How do you go about requesting this? Many thanks. Ps. I have 2 master sockets. The one which is currently not in use, has a fresh pair to the cabinet which provides 4 Mb sync, whereas the one sky have activated gives top sync of 1.8 from the test socket.

A bit more information on what you want to do is needed. Unless you have more than one phone line into the house, you should only have one master socket, the first one on the line into your house.
