      I may well have still been with them if they had actually bothered to pursue the matter and got my line fixed. I had both my Sky DSL alongside my VFast connection for a number of months as a backup (and load balance for the household - chucked my younger brother onto the low speed DSL while I had the VFast connection for myself).
