      Answer phone and Sky Voicemail

      I have had Sky Talk for a couple of years and have been happy with messages going to my answer phone and should I be engaged going to 1571, now all messages are going to 1571 regardless of my answer phone being turned on. I take it that something has changed, can I still have 1571 as a back up? or will I have to get 1571 turned off to get messages to go to my AP?

      Check to see if someone has increased the number of rings on your own Ansa-phone. If it responds too late, then the Sky Ansa-phone will pick it up.

      Yep I have to have mine set at 6 rings or less.

      Try reducing the number of rings to 3 or 4.

      I think 6 rings is too long.
