Dial Tone
I get the "message waiting" dial tone all the time, irrespective of whether or not there is a new or saved message.
Is it possible to fix that myself, or do I have to ask Sky to do it?JPL

Thanks for the suggestion, but I had already tried that without success.
Still waiting for a response from Sky CS.
However, today I tried saving/archiving a message first, and then deleting it on a subsequent 1571 call. That did do the trick.JPL

I had the same problem and I tried saving/archiving a message first and then deleting on subsequent 1571 call and it worked. Thanks alot.
I called Sky last week and they didn't know how to fix it and said they would get back to me but they never did get back to me. Thanks again JPL
