1. You can attempt to log into your email - entering only your username (i.e. the part of youremail address before "@sky.com") and password.

2. If this is not successful, then you can reset and sync your Sky.com passwords by followingthis link - http://tinyurl.com/3pgfhcq - where you will beprompted for your username and will be presented with a choice of ways to verify your account.
