      Sky Talk cancelled 3 Times and I dont know why :S

      Hi guys,

      I orderd the 3 from sky TV/Unlim BB / Talk Free time

      Tv was installed no problem,
      I have an activation data of the 15th for the BB and I have recived the Router

      But the freetime calls keeps gettin cancelled from my order :S

      I have called up a few times and they have added it back on but it keeps cancelling down with no reason to why. I have line rental with BT (I can recive calls no problem) and I used to have call package with Tesco but cancelled that around a month ago (I can not make outgoing calls atall at the moment)

      Has this happend to anyone else? Would could be the reason why?

      Any ideas would be appriciated

      How frequent does it get cancelled?

      Have you had calls from another provider?

      Skys provisioning department should be able to tell you the cause.

      We had Tesco call packege previously, cancelled that and had the letter confirming this. BT line is working as we can recive calls.

      It gets cancelled about 24-48 hours after they place the order on the system? I have called back up and the sky rep said he will look back into my account in 24 hours too check if the new order has been cancelled and if so, investigate as to why hopefully get to the bottom of it.

      The only other reason I can think of is that the previous supplier is still on the line, could this be the case even though we cant make outgoing calls?

      It might actually be because you have no call provider that is causing the problem. The system may be looking for a supplier to take the line over from, doesn't find one, so cancels the request.

      when you call you can get them to check who has tags on the line

      oh right, If that is the case, why cant they just add the service onto the line?

      What would be the procedure then?
