      Moving Home

      Hi

      We are moving house in a month and want to transfer our Sky+, Sky Broadband and Sky Talk account to our new address. The new address does not currently have a phone line connected. We have called Sky and they have told us until we move into our new house they cannot do anything, we cannot get it through that we already own the house and they can come in at anytime. We don't want to be without any of our Sky services when we move in and think that surely a months notice should be plenty of time for a seemless connection or even an overlap. Could we have a new account at that address and then close the one at our current address or even have two accounts at the same time.

      Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

      Call again. If you get the same response, ask nicely if you can speak with a supervisor.
