      Phone line question

Hi. My Son is moving to his own home in around 2 weeks time. The house has a BT line but it is currently inactive. Question is, if he joins Sky and has the TV, Phone and BB package, does he need to get BT to reactivate the line or will Sky do this when he signs up? Thank you.
