      Depends on quite a few factors -

      - Whether you're on WLR (Wholesale Line Rental i.e. still on BT's voice side of the exchange) or SVBN (Sky's Voice and Broadband Network)
      - Whether it's on Sky's fault management board i.e. whether all tiers at Sky are aware or if it has just literally been found out then whether a call to CST (tier 2) or the NOC (Operations) had to be made to confirm that it's a known issue
      - Whether BT have it logged as a MSO (Major Service Outtage)

      Edit: Either way, hopefully something will be done about it and fixed within the 72 hours.
