      Sky bill confusing?

      Hi all,

      I have been a sky tv customer since 2004. Iíve recently added sky talk and sky broadband to my account.

      The telephone line was due to be installed on the 07/10/2010, due to the BT engineer not attending. The installation date moved to 28/10/2010.

      I just checked the bill, I have been charged extra £11, I phoned sky and they said the line was activated on 07/10/2010 at the exchange. As far I am aware, I did not have a physical telephone line present in my property till 28/10/2010.

      Is the bill correct or should I get back to them and demand a refund?
