Advice appreciated!

Sky contacted me about a month ago asking if I wanted their broadband and talk unlimited package.... Being sceptical I asked why and they said when Anytime+ arrives you would need Sky broadband to avail of the service and as I have 3 HD boxes in the house, I thought it was a good idea, so sign up I did...... and now I'm regretting it! Switchover day was yesterday, my previous suppliers broadband and telephone service terminated at about 11pm and I'm still awaiting Sky's service. Nothing wrong my end, however they said it could take up to 72 hours for a BT engineer to investigate as BT "seem" to have switched off my previous supplier (who I've been with for 7 years without fault) and "forgot" to connect Sky's services!

Thank god I've got the 3G iPad as I don't like being in the dark ages so to speak!!
