      Removal Of Answer Machine

Any way of turning off the Sky answer machine ????

Even the crap sell you crap calls and the nuisance leave a message even if it's blank.

Waste of time trawling through blank messages or text messages, which is even worse.

      Any idea's folks.

Ring Sky customer services and ask them to switch it off.

      Re: Removal Of Answer Machine

I have the same problem with voicemail. I do not want it as I have an answering machine built into my phone which is better. Sometimes i get messages on sky voicemail and sometimes on tmy own answering machine.I have twice requested on line via the "contact customer services" box to have this switched off. They have not acknowledged my request and totally ignored me. This shows total contempt for the customer. Also I cannot find a phone number for customer services. Do they even know what "customer services" means.
