according to ben from cs sky had a discussion about crm 18 months ago and he advised me not to get a crm as its not needed i,ve been promised a call back in 3 days (not holding my breath).....I will be cancelling my package with sky if i dont get that call cos I pay 88 a month for my sky package and to be told i can only cancel everything but the phone line which is the cause of the problem is a disgrace and all because sky will not pay BT for the number change ohh and i even offered to pay that charge,if this is the way they treat loyal customers well...sod it ...i,m off to virgin media...
