They are free when calling Sky Support, but not otherwise. Apart from 01, 02, & 03, only 0870 numbers are free.

Are Sky support numbers still included in the old definition of 'Daytime' - Monday to Friday, or the new one of 'Monday to Sunday' mentioned for "UK mobiles, 0845 and most 0870 numbers" in the pricing guide? (Doesn't say 0844 so I'm guessing they are)

Re: Are 0844 number free ?

      From the fine print -
Calls to Sky 0844 numbers are free from Sky Talk landlines within customers’ inclusive call time from Sky Talk. Calls to Sky 0844 numbers cost 5p per minute plus a 8p connection fee for BT customers. Calls from other providers may vary.
