      How can I tell if my line rental has switched from BT to SKY?

      Hello,

      My line rental was due to switch from BT to SKY on the 26/01/10. I had a letter from SKY and one from BT confirming the date of switchover. However, we have just received our Sky bill which shows no advance charges for line rental and our BT account still looks active. If I dial 100 I get through to BT and 1571 is BT as well. Is something wrong here? Surely if the changover has been made I would get through to the Sky when I dial 100 instead of BT?

      Hi Dial 150 from your landline and if it's Sky Talk, you'll go through to a Sky menu. If you connect to BT, you know it's not changed yet, Another way is to do a BT Line Test - dial 17070 from your phone. if you get a Bt Message then you know you have not yet changed. also you can Login to your my sky on the sky website and it appear on your list of services.
