      SVBN - Voice Problems Started Today - Horsham West Sussex

      This afternoon started experiencing voice problems.

      Started with people contacting me on my mobile saying they had tried to call but that the line was dead.

      My wife and I then tried using our seperate mobiles on different networks and got the same.

      I continued trying repeatedly and found that about 1 in about 20 would connect.

      Outgoing seemed fine at the time.

      Rang Sky Customer Support and just at the point where they were putting me through to Sky Talk Support the connection was dropped.

      Retried and and found that outgoing I get one of the following

      (i) No dialing tone at all.
      (ii) Dialing tone, but when I dial I get dead tone
      (iii) Dialing tone, but when I dial I just get silence

      Internet is working fine, both directions, though down is slightly slower than normal, but nothing unusual.

      Anyone else seeing anything like this - especially on the Horsham, West Sussex exchange?

      I have been moved to SVBN, didn't ask to be but didn't spot the disguised notice with the opt out option.

      Numerous problems arising after people move to sky network...
