      Simultaneaous Transfer Code

      Hi All,

Moving house soon. Currently have Sky TV and Talk with Line Rental. Having to change phone number.

My BB provider advised that in order for them to transfer my BB on the same day Sky should provide me with a Sim Transfer Code (also called something else but can't remember). However, Sky are advising their systems can't so this. Means I will be without BB for 10+days as my provider can't begin the process until the new line is active.

Thing is, my BB provider also say Sky should have access to the relevant system to provide the code. Who's correct ???
