I've moved back to BT from Sky but ......

I moved my line rental and calls back to BT at the beginning of the month, my BT bill states I am on the Evening and Weekends 12 month rolling contract but my Sky account is still showing as me being on the Sky Talk freetime plan!

So when I make a call who is going to bill me for it?

      and .....

What do I need to do to get rid of the Sky Talk Freetime package on my account?

If you transferred back to BT it will take ten days for them to take over your line, I think you are just put on standard call package if you want unlimited call package you will have to sign up through your account it only 4.95 a month,

Also make sure you send a letter to sky informing them your cancelling the talk package.

Try switching BT's Charge Advice on (it may not be possible on your exchange but it's worth a try).

If you succeed, make a call and see if you get an immediate call back advising you of the alleged cost of the call (it'll be wrong because the system's not been updated for years but don't worry about that). If you do, the call went via BT.

I rang BT and they told me my calls are definately with them.

I rang Sky and they said my Sky Talk has been cancelled but it will still show on my account until my next bill is raised to catch any late calls I've not yet been billed for.
