What a nightmare sky talk HELP

Ok the story starts when I took sky talk line rental and freetime on a discount deal for 5 a month for 6 months. Was happy and all went through. Later after being transfered to sky line rental I decided to ring up and change to unlimited package, but everytime I rang up I was palmed off with some story of the line was live but not active, then there was a fault with there system and then I was told it would be active in 72 hours, then I was told there was no record of my order for unlimited and they would try again but couldnt do it. This seemed to go round in circles and 2 months later and countless hours on the phone and being passed from one dept to the other being cut off by opratives etc etc I have now been told that one of skys opratives has cancelled my whole order for sky talk line rental by mistake and I will be disconnected on the 29th June!!!!
They informed me that I would need to reapply for sky line rental after being disconnected but when I asked how if I did not have a phone line they answered we dont know! Im at a total loss now I dont know what to do next, Ive sent a complaint via my sky account online but dont think anyone will contact me.
Anyone have any ideas what to do next as ive explained to sky that I cant be without my phone for health reasons. They just seem not to care.

      Regards

Best bet is to contact your Citizens Advice Bureau and get advice from them.
I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!

Hi I do not know if you have tried Customer relation on 02077053000 when you get through ask the receptionist to put you through to Customer Relations I have found them excellent at resolving all Sky issues plus you will get a call back to see if the issue was resolved this should help.
