      This month's call itemisation still shows the call duration fault. For my account, the problem started on 19 April and was still there on 28 May (the last call in the list).

      It is difficult to have confidence in a billing system that cannot do sums, and disappointing that Sky clearly does not see this as of any importance.

      I called Sky Support on 04 May.

      Good job I didn't hold my breath.

      P.S. Providing bad call data is good for Sky but bad for the customer - call durations are required to compare Sky prices with other suppliers.

      Just checked my bill and Sky have only charged me 15p for a call diverted from our landline to wife's MOBILE that lasted 1hr 9 mins and 22 secs !!

      I think that may have been more like 1m 9.22secs as she has loads of inclusive minutes on her mobile as she would have called the original caller straight back.

      I have just re-run my May and June bills, and Sky has fixed the itemised call durations bug. All appears OK now, and the fix applies to all data, i.e. historical data as well as new.

      Yes it looks like they've fixed it now.
