No i just checked 150 earlier on and now it said welcome to sky so i guessed our line rental was now with sky and wondered if the number was free as it took me to menu options.

Is it free? I dunno but I guess he's assuming it's free because 150 is a free call from a BT line.

0845 and 0870 calls are free on BT too.

Now how much does Sky charge for them again ...........................?

I agree with you, whatever it is - it's too much!

But a lot of businesses seem to have changed recently from 0845 or 0870 to 0844 so free 0845/0870 is not necessarily a lot of use nowadays.

I'm sure all savvy moneysavers just find a geographical alternative via SAYNOTO0870.COM - Non-Geographical Alternative Telephone Numbers don't they?
