Might be a silly question (RE sky talk + sky BB)

      Hi

currently on the max package for my sky bb and getting around 12meg down, Im interested in getting sky talk, but want to know if taking sky talk will affect my broadband as i was told by a friend that the max bb while on sky talk was 8meg. Is this true?, would i really loose out on 4meg by moving to sky talk?

      thanks

No that's not the case, I have Sky talk and 16mb.

Speed is dependant on your line stats which are mainly effected by distance from the exchange. The closer you are the better your speed.

As Smithy says speed is determined on other factors..... not if you are Sky talk or not

The 8Mb speed quoted on the add is probably part of a bundle pack, eg. Base TV, Sky Talk and up to 8Mb BB for x.
