      Talk Unlimited Tariff 2.90

      Hello

Hope someone can answer this one. I have the Sky Talk Unlimited Package and have just got my first bill.
First item is "Sky Talk monthly charge - Tariff and Monthly Rental" - 2.90

I have retained BT for line rental so I assume this will be a regular monthly charge for Talk Unlimited but I don't recall anything about such a charge when I signed up.

      Anyone tell me please?

Ah! Just got it - It's a fiver a month and this must be a part month charge.

Talk Unlimited 24/7 with Overseas calls is 5 per month. I suspect your 2.90 represents the portion of the month on Sky when you first switched from BT. Expect 5/month in future for this package.

You can check it in the accounts section of your MySky page. You are given a breakdown of all the charges including numbers you have called and any extra charges to numbers not covered by the 'Unlimited Talk' package. Remember only 01, 02, calls to Sky support and certain international calls are free.
