      Disappointing...

      ...rang Sky to obtain half price line rental for 6 months as promised in their letter. A good deal. They said it was no longer available. Not happy as a satisfied BB & TV (&Sky Sports) subscriber. Have already tried Virgin, superb technically, an amazing 20Mb BB (highest 3% speed in the world) and good deal and reality on bundle, BUT billing so very bad, I declined after month's free trial. So maybe I shall try Virgin again. (not an HD fan but HD TV gives superb SD). Just a little disappointed with SKY. But if they do not want my money....

      why not try ringing back and see if another member of staff will honour the deal.

      You could also try the kana form to email them and explain the failure to honour the letter. I have always found the kana email form very successful.

      Sky have just cold called me (an existing Sky TV and BB customer) to offer the half price line rental (for 6 months) offer so it must still be going on
