      Need some Advice

Right we were with Pipex Homecall (Pipex/Tiscali) for line rental, calls and broadband. we moved to sky as of the problems we had after we asked for an discount/deal.

They kept claiming before we joined Sky that the line rental and Calls were being transfered to auother company. Now they are saying it cancelled and we got an letter 5 weeks later saying that welcome to Pipex Line rental and calls. But before we got the letter from pipex we got an letter from sky saying that they could not take over our call package and line rental due to techical problems

any advise on what to do

      re: Need some Advice

I'd suggest you take control by going back to BT. That will tie you to a 12 month contract (for line rental) but you can then select any ADSL ISP you want and opt to use any CPS calls provider and any or all of the indirect access providers (1899, 18866 and 18185).
