      SkyTalk - Cheeky Beggers!

I recently switched back to BT for my calls from SkyTalk mainly to obtain certain call features that Sky couldn't offer. Today I received a letter from BT advising me that my calls would be transferred from BT to another company on Sept 1st. Knowing nothing about this request I called BT and asked which company had requested this transfer to be told it was SkyTalk which placed the order on the 15th August...cheeky beggers I thought!!!

After quickly explaining I'd not requested the transfer has I'd been in hospital between the 15th & 19th the order was cancelled immediately and a complaint was lodged against Sky to be sent to them and Ofcom.

I thought this method of business had been stamped on by Ofcom a few years back? Obviously not hard enough!

Happens the other way round too unfortunately, we get loads of calls that throw up unsolicited PSTN ceases when we check them.
