      Ive been cut off!!

      We have been with Sky for over ten years and have TV, Sport, Broadband and Talk. I spend nearly 100 a month

      I tried to make a call earlier today and instead received a message telling me that my callre restricted, and I had to call a Sky (0870) number.

      I got through to a snotty rep who told me it was a system error, and I could expect to be without the service for up to 72 hours. He could offer no informtion, other than to tell me to 'restrict the number of calls I make', as these would be charged to BT.

      Is this just me or is there a wider problem? I think its a disgrace. Back to BT for me!

      If as the customer service person stated is was an error, then why not give them the chance to fix it, also who do you pay line rental to?

      Because, if it's BT, you can still make calls via them using the 1280 prefix (or, cheaper, using 1899, 18185 or 18866).
