      Finding out recent call costs

      Hi,

Is there any way of finding out the cost of your Sky Talk calls before your sky bill arrives?

I've been on Sky Talk (the free one) for around 3 weeks, and have had my Sky bill for Oct and the calls weren't on it.

      Cheers,

      Nick

Have a look on the Customer Services part of the EPG.

This lists the calls by local/national/international etc with the time/date and number called.

Re: Finding out recent call costs

      Hi,

      Thanks for the reply.

Do you mean under "Sky Customer Service"? I have looked at my "recent transactions" on my bill, and it's shown as blank. It's quite weird actually as it says "Recent transaction since 18th November" at the top!!!!!!!!!

Don't understand what's going on to be honest, but it may be because Sky have billed me right up until 18th November on my October bill (at a cost of almost 60, which I also find weird). Why couldn't they just bill me up until 31st Oct????

Anyway, am I looking in the wrong place for the Sky Talk stuff?

Re: Finding out recent call costs

I wondered about that when i went on to SkyTalk.

Anyway, nothing showed until my second bill after i went with them. All the calls were listed under ' My Account' on the Sky website. There doesn't appear to be a facility where you can keep track of the calls made on a daily basis, you just have to wait until your monthly bill is generated.

You have to ring CS up and ask them to provide itemised bills every month.

If you login to My Sky at Sky.com you can look at itemised calls every month as part of the "View my Bill" function.
