arrived by post this morning.
Has anyone with 20/20 vision, or a magnifying glass read it?

Re: Contract Update
they have changed the amount of time u can stay on the phone by the looks of it
section 2.2
if your use of unlimited free or no charge calls provided as part of your sky package exceeds that reasonably expected of a person using the service for domestic purposes we may
restrict your calls service and or
charge you sky talks standard rates for any calls exceeding those reasonably expected of a person using this service for domestic purposes
i wonder what sky class as reasonable ?? people use there phones in different ways

Re: Contract Update
Thanks Guys.
You encouraged me to wade through all the small print.
I note Sky Broadband S.A. is based in Luxembourg.
I always thought I could cancel Sky Talk with a simple call to
BT and go back to BT immediately.
Now I notice "You or we may end this contract at any time by
giving 30 days notice"
Was it always like this?

Re: Contract Update
Thats what I hate about Sky, They arent clear on what is and what isnt acceptable.
Agrees with, TheWhizz, Sometimes you can be on the phone a few hours, Sometime a few minutes.
Still says;
"1. UK calls include calls to 01 and 02 numbers only (excluding the Channel Islands) ‘Free’, ‘Unlimited’ & ‘No charge’ calls last up to an hour,"
on there website.
