      Well the 0800 numbers didnt show up so that confirms that one

      only issue now is being billed for a premium service i never asked for

      Hi

      First time on the forum. Excellent resource guys, well done. Not sure what i would have done without some of the valuable help on here

      Anyway I've just got my first sky talk bill and like the original poster got somewhat confused but looking at the forum I have probably figured out that the additional sky talk tarrif charge I've got is down to it being installed part way through the month..

      My problem arose when I spoke with a Customer Services Rept who told me the charge was for NGN and wouldn't listen when I told her the charges for those numebr were separate..

      She wouldn't listen and ended up saying she couldn't help further

      Crap customer service, got the distinct impression she didn't want to be at work !

      I should have looged on here to begin with

      Don't make ANY chargeable calls via Sky - they're far too expensive. Revert to BT by using the 1280 prefix or (depending on the number being called) use 18185.

      See HERE (in your case, Sky Talk is the CPS, not [the better] Primus Saver Option 2 in point [2]).
