Try putting a dot between the first and last name or try jeremy.darroch'at'bskyb.com

It worked, received a phone call the same day from customer relations office. But they didnt say anything new, just that IT department is looking into it. Also we have contacted the guy who signed us up for sky in shopping centre, he is sorting that as well (thats what he told), but i kinda believe him, because when spoke last time he said that he got in touch with area manager and he is going to head office to see where is the problem, should get more news later this week.
