Virgin Media, the new home of football??

      Sport - Virgin Media

Not only is Setanta Sports now free to Virgin Media XL customers, but Virgin are going to show EVERY premiership & championship match on demand (albet with a delay) on Virgin TV & free on Sport - Virgin Media !!!!!

What are Sky going to do to counter this??

Virgin seems to be offering a better & cheaper sports pack than Sky.....

Might be time to switch to VM i thinks

I live in Coventry which is quite a big city, I live a mile from the city centre so not in a suburb..... yet cable is not available in my area. 'nuff said.

Fingers crossed, now Virgin are involved (once again, fingers crossed) we might see some expansion to the network!!!

I know VM plan to offer VOD to non-cable customers early next year.

but VM have put the business up for sale and closing date for offers is the end of Aug (IIRC).

That's how much VM think of the network, they dont see a future for it and have decided to cut their losses and run.

lol, i did find that funny myself. They get away without a fine because they shopped BA.... and Branson has the nerve to say that Sky is anti-competitive.
