Notice of new bill
Is there anyway I can set up my account so that I get an email when I have a new bill ready?
I would have thought that as part of the Direct Debit guarantee, that Sky would have to inform customers of a new bill rather than expect us to remember to log on every month.

I don't know of any way you can do this, but if you look at your account at any time you can see the date when your next bill is due. No company I have DDs with advise you before they take the money.

Sky have never done this as far as I'm aware.
I get a text (or email depending on how you set it up) from EE every month when my mobile bill is ready.

Sky *did* used to send me a text telling me that a new bill was available, but this was a year or two back now and they seemed to stop sending them just as randomly as they started in the first place!
If you have a smartphone or tablet, I find that the Sky Service app is much quicker & easier to use than the website for checking bill amounts etc.++ speedyrite ... powered by NOW Broadband from June 2018 ++
(previously powered by Sky Broadband from July 2007)
