Hello I hope someone can advise me

I have successfully comnnected until I travelled further south into southern Germany. ( OK in koblenz).

      Bigger dish?

You are probably just outside the footprint for your size dish,

      Google it.
There are guides online where it specifies the dish size as you get further from the UK. Outside of nearby countries its likely to be 2m or bigger dishes required since the new satellites used are quite tightly focused on the UK area.
