      Global Sky(magic eyes)

      Hi , I hope someone can help.
      Just recently with no changes to my setup all my "magic eyes"made by Global, three in total have ceased to function .All the eyes are connected via a Global "Loft Box".
      On all three of the eyes the red light is on.
      The RF 2 outlet is turned on (on Sky box).
      i have tried unplugging the eyes one at a time until all three are disconnected and reconnected one at a time, just in case one was faulty and was effecting the others. But no luck.
      I have yet to try removing the cable connected to the RF2 outlet at the rear of the Sky box and connecting one of the eyes to directly to the Sky box due to all being built in a AV cabinet which is a bit congested but i can of course get to it if i have to.

      ive also powered off the sky box and the loft box but to no avail.

      Any Ideas

      I think you have answered your own question though as the rear of the sky box is so difficult to get to you could try connecting an eye in the loft at the other end of the RF2 cable.
      If that doesn't work leave the eye in the loft, reboot the Sky box and test again.

      No joy?
      Looks like diving into the AV cabinet is your only option.

      Could I ask you to post details of the box too please?

      If you could press <Services> 0 3 and post the details on the first two lines (Model Number & Version Number) that would be useful.
