Logging on to sky account

Bought an upgraded box on ebay did the proper thing and got sky to extend my multi room, everything works fine apart from the the fact that I can`t get into my accont it will not accept my password. I tied forgotten password track but it does not identify my bank card number. Anybody got any idea how to resolve this problem.










If today seem`s like a long day think how much further away tomorrow is.

Just in case, do you have a another email address that you use? You might be looking at the wrong Sky account.

My other three boxes work correctly, it`s only the one giving me grief. I registered the box with sky when I got my new card and all the programms and gizzmos work I just can`t log on to my account.

If you are trying to manage your Sky account from your TV it is Your Pin you require not your password. If you have forgotton yout PIN there is an option to reset your PIN from the customer services menu. If this doesn't work you can log on to My Sky and reset the PINs for your Sky boxes online.

Sorry. It`s my pin number and my credit card number that it will not reconise

If you can login to "MY Sky" using your PC go to:

https://mysky.sky.com/mysky/settings/tv-pin

Select the viewing card number of the problem Sky box from the drop down list box, enter a value for your new PIN in both input boxes and click on Update PIN.

Thank you everybody problem now sorted. One good thing has come out of all this, my next hairdressers bill won`t be so high, he`s got a lot less to cut!!

Resetting the PIN is one of Sky's more popular types of calls.

Got an old DGX890 box and I`m toying with upgrading the hard drive to a 2TB WD Green drive, any idea if this is a suitable drive? Cheers.

You can easily change or update your pin from the sky service app on iOS and Android.
No need to call anyone.
