      Failed & clashed recordings

      Hi all,

      I have three sky boxes. Two in one room and one upstairs. Of the two in the main viewing room. One is a 1tb box the other is a refurb machine, with an upgraded hard drive = 2tb. The second box has constantly given me failed or clashed recording messages. So far I have rebuilt the planner numerous times. And have reinstalled the software twice. Is my only remaining step to do a full system reboot? I hope this won't be the case. Please help me out.

      I should also add that the box worked fine until the last EPG update

      Have you checked signal level and signal quality for inputs one and two?

      Yep. I have checked both. And swapped the cables as well
