In the case of new installations performed by a Sky Engineer, they do now set it up so that you don't have to connect Multiscreen set ups to the telephone line. In the case of existing setups, you DO need to keep all the STBs connected to the telephone line.

If the engineer installs the new DRX890 or DRX890W for you, ask if he can change the settings on your other STB to stop it requiring a call back via the telephone line. Of course it will pay you to connect them both to the Internet as well.
ALL advisors can now apply CLI exemptions to accounts so you might want to call Sky to get this done now instead of waiting for the letters to arrive in a few months as you might forget and get the excess charges applied to your bill.
