I paid £3 yesterday and now have another £19 due for the 15th. The £49 payment received was for a 2tb HD box being installed on Sunday. Can't understand this at all and Sky said the £3 was the upfront payment slightly adjusted?

Re: Can't understand bill
Did you make a £5 payment on a credit or debit card?
If so do check your card statement to ensure that the correct amount was taken.
I was charged £30 instead of £5 though the extra £25 was refunded 14 days later as two separate refunds of £5 and £20.
I couldn't make head or tail of my bill either and as it was the first bill how could £10 credit be carried forward from the previous bill?
Installation is £120 so promotional discounts have to be added to give free install. Similarly the Sky+ HD box is charged as £299 so again this has to be discounted.
Are you expecting to pay £24/mnth for the TV service you are receiving?
I would tend to ignore the statement but do check that you are not paying more than you were advised you would be paying when you placed your order for Sky.
There are usually two payments required in quick succession as a bill is not produced until after your Sky is installed but Sky requires your TV service to be paid for one month in advance.

Re: Can't understand bill
I got the offer out on a Half price for 12 months and also took advantage of the free trial of Sky Movies. I queried why I was charged and was told you can't take 2 offers at once. I disputed this as I couldn't see it anywhere and then was told there would be a credit on my bill to reflect how I was charged for it.
Have I still been charged?
