Filtering Search Results
Whilst I'm liking the new search feature that predicts what you're searching for, I'm less impressed by the results screen that now combines the 'TV Guide' and 'On Demand' results. This now means I'm presented with two pages of results for 'Sofia the first' (it's great, you should watch it
), with each one stating, e.g. "3 showings". I then have to click in to each one of these entries to see whether any of them are On Demand showings.
Is there any way to filter the results to only show 'On Demand' or 'TV guide' results?

Re: Filtering Search Results
Unfortunately at the present time the new search feature automatically combines results from all the TV Channels (except all the regional BBC variations) and On Demand content.
If you were to navigate to the TV Box Sets or Movies tabs in the On Demand section and select 'All' button, you could search just those sections, but this would miss out the TV Guide.
(BTW I don't mean for you to press the blue button within those tabs, just type in something like 'SH' for Sherlock.)

Re: Filtering Search Results
Thanks for the response Scubbie. I'll give that a go.
Must say, I preferred when the results were split by tabs!

Re: Filtering Search Results
Perhaps an option to use the same search function but to choose between the TV Guide and the On Demand section might be useful?
As it is though, you will get a result for an item on say Sky1 HD, Sky1 (SD), Sky1 +1, On Demand HD and On Demand, plus all the repeats on the live TV. This can be very useful for some people, but too much for others.

Personally I prefer the results to be split as well, it's been mentioned by other people on other forums including Sky's help forum so hopefully it will be re introduced in a later firmware update and include an All tab for those who don't like it split.
It's worth noting that you can get the old search feature back by disconnecting the box from the Internet.

Re: Filtering Search Results
I have raised this. Hopefully it will be considered for a future update.
