What TV package do I now have?
HI All,
I have recently cancelled my multiroom subscription but I am not sure what I h ave been left with. I would like to know so that I can look-up listings etc and be able to enter what type of TV package I have. Freeview, Freesat, freeview HD?
Also, using the existing Sky dish and cabling going into my second room, are there any other TV options that I could buy that aren't subscription based but just one off payment box/viewing card offerings?
Thanks.

Once the 31 days notice period has expired your multiroom box will allow you to watch the same channels as FREESAT from Sky.

Re: What TV package do I now have?
Apologies if I did not explain my situation very well.
seawright go the answer i think.
I cancelled multiroom a while ago and it turned off a couple of days ago. Previous to multiroom I just had standard terrestrial but when that got switched off I went to multiroom so dont know what I would have had before.
Now that we don't have multiroom I was wondering what the name given to what I now have is, appears to be FreeSat from Sky.
Does anyone know if there is a non subscription offering that would give me more channels? I know there are boxes available that would offer on demand and Sky+ like pause rewind features but not sure if any offering would give me more standard channels?

Re: What TV package do I now have?
Do you mean you cancelled your main subscription and the extra multi room, or did you just cancel the multi room subscription?

Re: What TV package do I now have?
Without moving your dish to point to a different satellite which is not a good idea as it would upset Sky reception on your main TV I doubt whether a different setup would give you any more subscription free channels. There may be some regional ITV channels that don't currently appear in the EPG which could be added using the "add channels" function available through the services menu.

Then you will have the same package you had before you took multi room. If you sign in to MySky and go to https://my.sky.com/mysky/myaccount/my-packages/ you will find out what you have.
On the multi room box, provided you leave the card in its slot, you will have all the channels available on Freesat with Sky, which also includes a number of HD channels..

When the existing cards are replaced you will have to purchase a new card to retain all of the channels. You will not have the use of any of the Sky+ functions.
