IO-Link adapter doesn't solve the problem of TVs having no analogue tuner.

This one does http://www.gionlineshop.co.uk/Downloads/dta_ds.pdf as it has an AV output which with the correct lead can feed video and audio into a digital only TV using the TV's SCART socket. As I said previously it doesn't do anything an old VHS video couldn't do except for taking up a lot less room on the TV stand.
