      Changing package

      Hi

I currently have Sky entertainment +, movies and sport with HD. I have a discount on the HD due to expire on 2nd August, with the other half is talking about dropping the HD altogether. Will I lose access to other services if I drop the HD? eg boxsets or specific channels?

      Thanks

      Stephen

      Yes.

You will also lose access to the Sky 3D channel, if you have a 3D TV.

The Boxsets are only available if you have the following as a minimum:

      • Entertainment Pack
      • Entertainment Plus Pack
      • HD Pack

Otherwise you will still be able to access the On Demand content for the Sky Movies and Sky Sports.

Obviously you will lose access to all the subscription HD channels, but also ITV2 HD, ITV3 HD & ITV4 HD and a couple of other HD channels which are tied to the HD pack.

      PlusNet Fibre since Jan 2021
Previously Sky Fibre & Sky BB since 2010.
