As an existing customer on 1/9/11 & subscribing to the old 'entertainment' & 'knowledge' mixes, i was given the other 4 old mixes for free (= the new 'entertainment extra' mix) & my tv sub was frozen for 1 year at £20.50.

On the 1st september this year, i duly expected my sub to be unfrozen & to start paying the same as everyone else that joined after 1/9/11 (initially £25, now £26.50 after the price increase) but this hasn't happened.

I've had the same £1.50 increase as everyone else, but it's only on top of my old, frozen price of£20.50.
