      How can I re-boot my Thomson Sky HD Sky + digibox.

      Hi,

      I live in Spain and I understand that the frequency for our Sky boxes used to be 12,129 but has recently changed to 12,207. I have an old Sky Digibox which I changed easily to 12,207 and it is working OK. The Sky HD box is the one that I can't seem to be able to change the frequency. I have tried to go to Services, Add Channels, then change the frequency there to 12,207 and press Select. When I press the yellow button to Find Channels I get 'This service is not available whilst two recordings are in progress'. I am not recording anything as we don't have the capability to do this. I have no Sky signal for this box yet my other box, which comes from the same dish is fine. I have checked all the plugs - sockets etc, inside and outside.
      Does anyone have any idea how to re-boot my SkyHD box?

      Unplug it from the wall for a couple of minutes and then plug it back in. Wait about 5 minutes before pushing the power button on the remote or the box itself.

      Changing the Default Transponder is Services, 0, 0, 1, & then press Select to enter the hidden menu. Then select Tx'ponder and enter 12207, V, 27.5, 2/3. Press green to save the settings and exit the menu.
