Sky protect renewal letter received in post recently saying that price is £9.50/mth (carefully place in the middle of the letter and not highlighted) but was £8.25/mth and the website also states £8.25 so what are they playing at? Of course, if I do nothing they will continue taking the new higher amount.

I also saw that a free health check per year is available and wondered what happens - is it over the phone or in part etc?
