Whole film not recorded
Hello.
Yesterday afternoon i set my sky hd+ to record a film on 5 USA.
I went to watch it today and it got to 66 mins and froze. I went to the end of the recording and it was 108 mins so i went to that part and rewound and x30 and all the way back it was just a blue screen.
I done a rebuild and tried it again and it was just the same but in the planner it says recorded and not failed or part recorded.
The box will be 1 year old in 2 days times if that sounds familiar to some people.
Any ideas please.

Sometimes when that has happened in the past I would simply rewind or fast-forward a few minutes and all is fine.
Otherwise the simple answer would be to delete it and record it another time when it is shown. Do check to see if it is available on Anytime+ as well. Whilst 5* isn't a channel listed, the film may be on sky Movies or something.

I tried fast forward and back but still just the same.
I have checked to see if its on again but not on Anytime+ or sky.
Checked with 5 USA and no listing and emailed to find out if it was their fault and to see if it will be broadcasted again but still waiting for a reply.
